Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract initiation) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

6. Cloudflare Turnstile (Spam Protection)

I use "Cloudflare Turnstile" on this website to protect against spam and misuse of the contact form. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Cloudflare Turnstile analyzes the behavior of the website visitor based on various characteristics to detect whether it is a human or an automated program (bot). No cookies are set and no personal data is permanently stored.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in protection against spam and misuse).

8. Postal Marketing to Businesses

I occasionally contact businesses by letter to introduce my IT services. For this purpose I process business contact data: company name, name of the authorised representative or contact person, salutation, title and business address.

Source: The data comes from publicly accessible sources, usually the legal notice (Impressum) of the respective company (Art. 14 GDPR).

Purpose and legal basis: Direct marketing based on my legitimate interest in acquiring business clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Recital 47 GDPR). Letters are addressed exclusively to businesses in their professional capacity.

Printing and dispatch: Printing, enveloping and posting are handled by LetterXpress, A&O Fischer GmbH & Co. KG, Maybachstraße 9, 21423 Winsen (Luhe), Germany, as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Delivery is carried out by Deutsche Post.

Retention: The data is deleted if no business relationship arises within 12 months of the letter or if you object. After an objection, only the company name and address are kept on a suppression list so that you receive no further marketing.

Right to object: You may object to the use of your data for marketing at any time without giving reasons (Art. 21(2) GDPR). A short message tokontakt@asadim.de or by post is sufficient.

This website contains links to external websites (e.g., GitHub, LinkedIn). When you click on these links, you leave my website. I have no influence on the data processing by these external providers.
